Welcome to our preschool!

Our school building has been constructed with the highest standards of energy efficiency and health in mind. We are proud to have achieved the USGBC LEED for Schools Gold certification and qualified for New York State Energy Research and Development Authority rebates for meeting additional high-performance standards.

What does this mean for our students? It means they will be learning in an environment that is not only optimal for their health but also enhances their education. Our classrooms are filled with fresh, filtered air that is continuously circulated from the outside. To ensure clear communication, sound attenuation materials have been incorporated in every classroom, reducing reverberation and making it easier to hear and understand.

We have also taken steps to minimize distractions. Triple-glazed windows help reduce outside noise, creating a peaceful learning environment. Each classroom has its own heating and cooling unit with adjustable thermostats, allowing teachers to maintain a comfortable temperature for students. Our lighting design ensures even distribution throughout the classroom, minimizing shadows and glare on students’ desks.

To create a bright and fun space, we have carefully selected classroom furniture and finishes. Our goal is to provide an engaging and stimulating atmosphere for our young learners.

In addition to these features, each classroom is equipped with a smart board, data access, and a synchronized clock. We prioritize safety and have installed telephones, PA speakers, and cameras in every classroom. The entire building is fully sprinklered and has a fire alarm system in place. As a newly constructed building, we meet all the updated building code requirements for safety and health.
