Welcome to our preschool’s vibrant and imaginative Theater and Fine Arts program!
At our school, we believe in nurturing creativity and self-expression from a young age. Through our engaging theater and fine arts program, your little ones will embark on a magical journey of exploration and discovery.
Our theater program is designed to ignite their imaginations and build their confidence. Through storytelling, role-playing, and interactive activities, children will develop their communication skills, express their emotions, and learn the art of collaboration. They will have the opportunity to perform in front of their peers, fostering a sense of pride and accomplishment.
In our fine arts program, children will unleash their inner Picasso or Mozart. Through various mediums such as painting, sculpting, and music, they will express their unique perspectives and develop their fine motor skills. Our dedicated instructors will guide them in exploring colors, shapes, and textures, allowing their creativity to flourish.
At our preschool, we understand the importance of a well-rounded education. Our theater and fine arts program provides a platform for children to discover their passions, enhance their cognitive abilities, and develop a love for the arts. This program was created by early childhood experts and Mr. Petros Fourniotis a professional teaching Greek folk dance and theater for over 25 years, who are passionate about the arts, early childhood education, and lifting up our youngest students so they can succeed.
Our Theater and Fine Arts all-inclusive active curriculum is fun and allows children to develop social skills and talents at a young age. Children will participate in dance and fitness classes while enjoying music, art, and drama. Each class is filled with imagination and creativity. The curriculum enhances each child’s overall development including gross motor skills and improves social, cognitive, and emotional awareness.
Painting, coloring, cutting, glueing and assembling… the possibilities are endless with arts and crafts! Students will experience hands-on creativity and make crafts aligned with the theme of the day.
By utilizing our school theater students learn through their imagination and will experience shadow plays, expressing emotions, puppet theatre and dress up days. Creativity is encouraged through drama games and other activities.
Introduce your child to the world of dance. Children will learn the basics of jazz, ballet, hip hop and creative movement in a fun and encouraging environment.
Our dance program introduces young children to dance though movement, rhythm and music. Instruction is gentle and fun; the aim of our classes is to familiarize little dancers with dance and music in a studio environment.
Our foundational classes are specifically geared towards children ages 2 – 5 and we welcome dancers to start in foundation classes without any previous experience and at any age.
Obstacle courses, gymnastic skills and active games are incorporated to keep children moving! A focus on fitness will improve their coordination, body awareness and muscle memory.
Your child can enjoy the many benefits that yoga has to offer. The introduction to basic poses, stretching and learning tools will create a foundation for calmness and focus.
